Select Your Condenser Motor Type
All condenser motors are 230v for residential central air conditioners. The differences are horse power, (HP), and revolutions per minute, (RPM).
The vast majority of condenser motors mount using the studs on the motor or via 'belly band' where the bracket wraps around the motor.
You can also use common 1075 rpm motors in place of 1100 rpm motors and 825 RPM motors instead of
830 rpm motors to save money.
If you have a 5/8 shaft motor you can use a 1/2 x 5/8 bushing available under "Misc Materials" to solve your problema and keep you from replacing the fan blade.
